3. I would like to know if I can bring my pet.
Pets are not allowed to accompany visitors. However, guide dogs (assistance dogs) are permitted.

4. Is re-entry to the Flower Expo possible?
You must have a re-entry stamp on the back of your hand before exiting the gate to be allowed re-entry on the same day.
5. How are you preventing safety accidents?
An ambulance is stationed at all times during the exhibition, and simple first aid is available at the infirmary (next to the general information desk).

6. Where should I report lost items or make inquiries?
For inquiries regarding lost and found items, please contact the General Information Desk at 031-908-7750.
7. Do you have countermeasures for missing children?
When the initial report of a missing child is received at the general information desk, we respond to the guardian and have implemented a system to immediately make an announcement and report to the police station.
